We were unfortunately stuck in the UK so buying a property unseen was hugely problematic and nerve-racking. However, Kati and the team went out of their way to help us during this process. Not only did we do an extended virtual viewing they accommodated another set of 2 viewings for our parents and other family members. Kati used her own staging decor to bring out the best features of our home. She was also very helpful in what to change and not to change to get the best price possible. Kati staged our home twice and both times brought different elements out of the home. Katie is knowledgeable of the area and has a positive attitude which made the experience pleasent. initially we were nervous going with an agent who had other similar properties listed, this did work out in buyers favour as the was able to direct more buyers though our home who were not interested in other homes and vice versa.
