We found our dream property with Kati at Belle Property Cornubia

We were pleasantly greeted with free barista coffee from an onsite coffee van on our open home visit to the property which was a nice touch. The property really ticked all the boxes for us and there were multiple agents onsite to talk to as we were greeted at the front and then had time to talk to Kati after we had a walk around. We ended up in a multiple-offer scenario and it was good to have questions answered and plenty of communication through the process. Kati and the team were able to keep the sellers in the loop on the sale of our own property too (as it was a subject-to-sale offer) so that everyone's deals could go through and we could secure our dream home at a price we were happy with. Very professional and lovely to deal with team.
