Had quite a few offers but nothing came through early. Had to drop price a couple of times but still no luck. Finally sold at a price that was less than we had paid when we purchase the property.

Hi Les,
I value your feedback. We were as disappointed as you were, however the down turn in the market affected many property owners (particularly land sales). The banking royal commission certainly affected contracts going through and the first contract falling over due to finance being declined was evidence of this. The banks have been very tight with lending criteria and land sales have been affected the most. Unfortunately we have no control over this, but fortunately we were able to immediately secure a cash unconditional buyer and a quick settlement. We wish you all the best for the future!
