Looked at a house in Queen st Muswellbrook a couple of months ago but to days later it went under offer. Thinking we had missed out on a house we liked we went to look at more houses in the area and Katie was the agent at one of these houses, she recognised me from the Queen st house and told me that Queen st had fallen through , two days later we went back to Queen st with Katie and made an offer.
