I've sold a number of properties and Katie is one of the best sales agents I've come across. From communication to managing contractors to negotiations - I really couldn't have asked for more. She clearly understands the process inside out and her experience came across at every stage. Katie even prepared some of the required documents from her own templates which would otherwise have been additional conveyancing costs. I would work with Katie again in a heartbeat.
