One goal I had to tick off in 2021 is to help my father move forward with retirement and help him be eligible for pension! Choosing Ms. Katie Ryan as our real estate agent was the best decision that I have made so far this year :) She made the process of selling my dad's property simple and very transparent. Most importantly my dad felt comfortable with the process and the result that we had! He had such a great experience compared to what his perceived thought the process was going to be (stressful and time consuming).
