Our review is from a buyers persepective. Katie presented what was to be our new house in a proffessional and down to earth manner. She answered our questions showing a good understanding of the property. Katie listened to our story and effectively relayed that to the sellers. Communication during the offer period was good and she made herself readily available before and after the settlement for the preinspection and handover of keys. It was an unexpected surpise and treat to find a big bow on the front door and a box of goodies welcoming us to our new home. Her thoughtfulness felt sincere and was appreciated.
