After 8 months on the market and no sale it was time to change agents. That’s when I met Katie. Katie and her team were wonderful. They really listen to the vendor, and engage with the buyers to get the best outcome. I cannot speak more highly of Katie. Her team goes the extra mile for you whenever they can. And after 5 weeks my house was sold. Finally! I just wish I’d gone with Katie earlier.
