I contacted Katina after I was disappointed with the performance of the high profile agent I had initially employed. From the moment we met, I knew I could trust her to do the best job for me. I was very nervous about the whole process, and was not sure how everything would go as I was moving overseas. Katina was at the open home talking to all interested buyers and also had Bernadette at the door taking all details, and after just 2 open homes achieved a great price for my home, I was so happy. Then both Katina & Bernadette helped me find another investment property, and now manages this property for me. Katina guided me the whole way, and kept me calm when I was anxious, she was always available when I needed to talk to her, and kept me informed the whole time. I found her so comfortable to be around and call her my Angel. I don't know how I would have managed everything without her. I can't recommend her highly enough.
