Kato’s honesty and professionalism stood out from day one. He kept me informed & updated every step of the way, the communication was unreal. After having a rocky start in the selling process as I’d originally listed another agent and wasn’t getting results, i felt upset at the time and so I reached out to Kato randomly as I’d seen he’d gotten the highest result for another property similar to mine in a different suburb then any other agent had at the time. Kato gave me honest transparent advice and listened to my fears and my hopes and so I switched agents even though it meant starting again the selling process. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!! Kato achieved the highest result in my suburb to date for a home like mine, he had my house under contract before the first open home and with only having my listing for 2 days (which means he really does have a database of genuine buyers unlike some others that say they do and they don’t) but he also had back up offers as well, Kato was there for every inspection including the building and pest etc so we didn’t have to be & kept me informed throughout the whole process. In the future we will only be using Kato when we need an agent & recommending him to everyone to contact if they want to sell their house . Kato also helped secure me my dream home as well which took away even more stress and it’s something unexpected as he didn’t need to do that at all but of course he did it anyway!!!
