So delighted we found Katrice and Ant at Hive Property. They guided and inspired us to present our Tocumwal cottage at its best. We were interstate throughout the marketing period. They prepared our home for sale so thoughtfully and kept in touch throughout. Feedback from friends who attended viewings was great. If you have a unique or high-quality property in Canberra, I recommend this lovely dynamic duo.
“Thank you for being so helpful and always responding promptly. Your support made the process smooth and easy!”
Katrice and Ant made our very emotional experience smooth sailing and comforting. They helped us navigate through our sale well before our house went on the market. Guiding us, supporting us and staying completely transparent the entire time. Their energy is contagious. Always willing to go the extra mile. We are so lucky to have Katrice and Ant on our side and wouldn’t have been able to achieve such an outstanding result without them. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, we appreciate you beyond words.
Katrice was friendly and professional and so beyond helpful throughout the process. Not only did she make time for us out of hours to view a property, she remained in contact thereafter and provided timely responses. Thank you so much, lovely service!!
Katrice and Anthony have been nothing short of exceptional in helping us sell our apartment. We faced some unique challenges during our campaign, during these times their experience truly stood out and helped us achieve a good outcome. If you are considering buying or selling, I highly recommend having a chat with Katrice and Anthony.
Katrice was a wonderful professional to deal with with a sound knowledge of the property and the local market.
This was an excellent example of a team working together to finesse the journey to final house sale and completion. The attention to detail was professional and exemplary. This was in evidence on auction day when final price was navigated through a series of delicate negotiation between vendor and buyer. Very happy about the assistance given though the complex process of achieving best possible outcome at point of sale. We were very happy with the work done by Katrice, Anthony and Ben in the sale of our property. Well done!
Katrice is a clear communicator, she and her team are warm, responsive and patient. Katrice is open and honest, providing useful advice to navigate any challenges and ensure the best outcome possible - for both the buyer and the seller. Katrice’s care for all parties involved sets her apart from others. I felt well-supported throughout the whole process and would recommend Katrice and the Hive team without any hesitation! ☺️
Katrice was very professional during the process when it came to me purchasing my first property. Always answered any questions or concerns I had. Her communication is also very good.
Katrice and Anthony assisted me to sell my apartment. They gave great advice on the approach and while the market wasn't quite where they thought, they were still able to engage with the interested buyers to get a quick outcome that I was comfortable with and the communication was great throughout.
We are very pleased with the service received from Hive Property for the recent sale of our house. Selling a home can be daunting, but Katrice and Anthony were outstanding throughout the whole process. From finding potential buyers to helping us negotiate with the buyer, they were always available and communicated how each part of the process would move forward. They provided excellent reports on progress following the open house events. They understood market conditions and quickly identified potential buyers and what was needed to facilitate a sale. The sale went through quickly and we were pleased with the final price. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Katrice and the team were very personable and helpful throughout the sale process. We carefully considered the advantages in choosing Katrice and her team for our house sale. They proved their worth in trust, honesty and diligence in ensuring a suitable and timely outcome. Their knowledge and experience made this otherwise stressful event smooth and successful. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable real estate services.
