Katrina was a delight to deal with. I fully understand that as a purchaser, Katrina was representing the vendor and rightly had their interests front and centre, but it also felt that she cared about our needs and did everything possible to make sure they were also met. She kept us informed at all stages and facilitated the transaction with minimal stress. Katrina was genuinely delighted at our successful purchase - as well as the vendors sale - and I can see us actually becoming firm friends in the future.
