Katrina Arkley
Excellent agent
Katrina isn't just there to sell your house and get a sale, she will provide honest feedback on how things are tracking, with no pressure. She prioritised my needs over a transaction-focused approach! Katrina's final negotiation got me a good price in a current hard unpredictable market. This is the second time I have used Katrina and I highly recommend her as your real estate agent.

Thank you so much, Susan, for your kind words and for trusting me once again with your property. I'm delighted to hear that my approach, focusing on your needs and providing honest feedback, resonated with you. Negotiating a good price in today's market can indeed be challenging, and I'm glad we achieved a positive outcome together. Your recommendation means the world to me, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked with you for a second time. If there's ever anything else you need, please feel free to reach out!
