Just don't choose anyone else! Having never sold a house before I was unsure how it worked or what to expect, Katrina immediately put me at ease. Every request was acted on promptly and any questions I had were answered honestly, respectfully and professionally. Excellent communication and regular updates assured me she's was actively doing her best. Honest discussions around expectations, pricing and the market is what you need from an agent and Katrina's experience shows in this respect. If I was to sell again I would choose Katrina in a heartbeat and I will be recommending her to everyone I speak to.
