Katrina and her team proved to very capable of marketing and selling my property which appeared to be outside of the range normally handled by Harcourt's in this locality. Despite a few setbacks in terms of potential buyers not being able to fulfill the terms of their offers Katrina and her team never faltered and were able to secure a buyer for a price that I was comfortable with.
