We purchased a unit through Katrina from Harcourts while we were overseas with limited wifi connection. She went out of her way to show us through the unit via video link and we found her to be very personable and honest which we appreciated. She made such an impression of Harcourts that we chose to rent the unit out through them also. I wouldn't hesitate to use Katrina for the sale of a property and can't recommend her highly enough.
