I haven’t dealt with Katrina directly except a couple of phone calls, I dealt with Ian whom I found very responsible and respectful. He acted promptly and efficiently when I requested. I always believe honesty, morality and humanity should be at the forefront when dealing with others no matter the type of issues or works, I found Ian is this kind of person.
