It was a genuine pleasure working with Katrina to sell our house. We initially contacted her because we were interested in a property she had listed for sale, and as potential buyers we found her to be honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly. These qualities were what convinced us to engage Katrina to sell our home. Every single step of the way was just so easy with Katrina. She understands the market intricately, and was able to give us advice on how to best prepare our home for sale that ended up being spot-on. We engaged Katrina's home styling business as well and the results blew us away. Her communication is well and truly above and beyond as well. In the end we had an extremely successful run of open houses over a period of three days, bringing 60 groups into our home and inviting six offers to choose from. We had a contract for a price we were thrilled with, signed within a week of going on the market, and were delighted to hand over the keys three weeks later.
