Penelope & Katrina did an absolutely fantastic job selling my apartment. I live in Europe, where there's only a couple of business-hours overlap. So most of the time things were happening while I was asleep. This could have lead to a lot of stress for me feeling like I'm constantly playing catch-up. Despite being quite hands-off and so far away, I always felt like I was in the midst of everything, because Katrina and her supporting staff would always keep me updated on everything in a timely and enthusiastic fashion.
