Katrina is so knowledgable with the gold coast market. She sold my unit in just less than 2 days from the first day I approached her to get initial quote etc. I still couldn't believe she rang second day in the morning and told me she found a buyer with the offer price that higher than my expection. I wish to give her more than 5 STARs as she is valued more than EXCELLENCE. Plus, very reasonable marketing fee compared to others. Good work and very satisfaction!!
