A great effort by Katrina and Penelope to sell our unit in Surfers Paradise. They were a great double act and shared the workload well. I've actually not met the girls in person as we did everything over the phone which worked very well for me. I was keen to find an agent who knew about sales in our unit complex and these girls had plenty of experience. It took about 2 months to the day to find the right buyer and we were happy with the price. They were very proactive with holding inspections which in the end was what got the sale.
