Impressive communication, relentless and no pressure

Very impressed with Katrina and Penelope. They provided regular phone call updates, went to extraordinary effort to facilitate open homes at all sorts of days/times (including managing a very difficult tenant), never applied any pressure to rush a sale and negotiated hard with two final parties to achieve a strong sale price.
