Five years ago I purchased this property thru Coastal (Harcourts then). Katrina was the initial sales agent that I met. Helpful then and very helpful now as I go thru the process of selling. In fact all the Coastal team, including Penelope, Holly & Aaron were friendly & professional. My unit was on the market for three weeks before it sold with a very pleasing outcome.
