Penelope was one of the best agents I have come across. We purchased this townhouse feeling very happy with her. Her professionalism and flexibility was great. She has gone over and above to help us, negotiating times with seller so we can have it ready for rental, allowing quotes to be done prior to settlement. Nothing has been a hassle.
