As Katrina had only sold a couple of homes in the area I was extremely impressed that she read the market so well!! Katrina advised us NOT to let our property go to auction as auctions didn't work in the area. We didn't know one way or the other but went with Katrina's suggestion to firstly not go to auction and secondly to advertise a price range rather than a set price. At the time nobody in our area was advertising a price range and all sales were advertising a set price or POA. It turned out that an advertised price range was the way to go with a contract being signed within two working days, there were also a number of properties in the area for auction that were passed in and are, a month or so later, still not sold.

Katrina has sold at least 8 of our properties now and has been very professional in her dealings with us. We have also purchased a property from her, and we have found her negotiating skills to be first class. We have recommended Katrina to other people selling their homes and she has been very successful for them as well. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property because she has exceptional ability and good communication skills.
