Katrina was excellent from start to finish. Provided the service and local knowledge to obtain a more than fair price for my property in a relatively short time. Unlike other agents I approached prior to listing she did not try to upsell me on packages that would have been pointless for the value of my property. Considering my home did not exactly fit into a particular bracket she did a excellent job. She is warm and dedicated to her job with excellent people skills. Without a doubt I fully recommend Katrina if you are wanting to sell or buy a property in the Cessnock area..... you will be truly hard pressed to find better.

Katrina has acted in a professional and honest manner throughout the whole process. We found buying a house a very exciting endeavour but it was not without some anxious moments. From the first time we met Katrina, she allied any fears or anxieties we may have had. She provided a professional service and guided us through each step of purchasing our new home. What was highlighted most was her integrity and honesty. She was very approachable and friendly.
