The marketing and promotion of our house was done to a high standard, resulting in multiple enquiries. Katrina and Jess ran several open houses over the six weeks it took to get the offer we were happy with. This period was acceptable to us; if a property sells immediately I always think that it was under priced. The offer was below our price, but considering the old adage "always start high", Katrina and Jess were very punctual in conveying to us the buyers concerns.
