I found Katrina to be very genuine (a quality I value highly) & professional. She promptly responded to all questions I asked from my first inspection right through to settlement. Katrina also went out of her way to attend the property with me following the auction at the auction rooms to put the sold sign on, which was a very exciting & special moment as a first home buyer.
