Katrina is the kind of agent a seller would like to have, she goes aggressively on the sale to get a good price for the property. Although this extended the process a little longer than what we hoped for, we ended getting a reasonably good price for the house we were selling. If there is an area for improvement, I would say communication was a bit of a challenge. I felt like I had to chase Katrina to get updates on what is happening.

From the time I decided to sell my investment property until the settlement date, I found the entire process efficient and smooth. As I live in another State I was worried selling "long distance" but the experience was wonderful. I could not recommend Katrina enough.
