I’ve been waiting for a while from 2 previous agents without success. Kav was able to sell within 30 days. He knows the market well. Caveat emptor with other agent who is only good in talking but no outcome.

I think this is a good experience. Kav is very patient in introducing the details of the house , instead of pushing the buyer to pay the deposit like the agents I have encountered before. Even when I got some questions to ask Kav, he explained very detailed I feel more comfortable.
