We are delighted to recommend Kawal Singh on selling your property for the young man's experience, , knowledge communication and presentation with prospective buyers is simply outstanding. He will find a way to sell property in the most trying and difficult times in the market. It was just an outstanding sale during this COVID 19 period. We commend him for all his efforts in concluding or sale and wish him all the best.
Reliable, Knowledgeable and professional agent with great understanding of the local area.
Kawal has been extremely transparent during us buying the house. He had provided perfect information which was helpful for us to budget and plan for the buy. He also provided contacts for structural and pest inspection which was above his job role and responsibility. Always smiling and jovial, Kawal carries around him a nice and friendly air. Buying the house was smooth sailing only because of Kawal being extremely proactive and friendly. Will carry on his relationship in future.
WoW!!!! I am very impressed with Kawal Singh professional approach and he was brilliant, honest, reliable and prompt. He was assisting me in answering my questions for long time and helped me with selling my property even without putting online. He puts his 100% affort to meet seller expectations & for me he ticked all boxes. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to sell their property and even I would not hesitate in choosing Kawal Singh as my selling agent again as I strongly believe that he would strive to achieve the best outcome that I wish for. Thank you very much Kawal Singh and all the very best for the future....
Kawal has vast knowledge on property market, and he is a big asset to the THE ELEET real estate. He is very friendly and helped me out at all times during the process of purchasing my First Home. His hardworking skills, good nature and concise communication skills with clients stands out to be top rated agent in the market. Totally happy with his way of dealing with me getting my new home, and highly recommend him and THE ELEET for purchasing or selling property.

Kamal was very punctual in responding to email. I was surprised to receive a box of chocolates and champagne.
Kawal was top notch whole throughout our buying process. He was very accommodating and was always ready to answer our questions and queries. Good job and thanks a lot!
Kawal was true professional in all his dealings with us. He made our task of selling our house, SIMPLE. He had strong knowledge of the market conditions and was always ready to give us his suggestions for us to make the best decision. From the 1st day to the sale date, Kawal was very proactive and ready to accommodate our needs no what how big or small. We strongly recommend Eleet as an organisation and Kawal as your representative for any Real Estate tasks.
He has been a helpful agent, and explained to us the steps of purchasing the property.
I met Kawal singh for the first time during the inspection of 32 Circuit Drive. This was not my first inspection and unfortunately I was carrying some bad experience with the real estate agents. As a result, I was not expecting much from Kawal too. But this was going to be proved wrong. I really liked the house and started talking to Kawal on a regular basis. I found Kawal to be a professional, dissent and gentle real estate agent. He was not at all a nagging and was not trying to push hard and throw tantrums at me. He is having good understanding and knowledge of the real estate and properties. He really helped me to sort out my challenges by negotiating with the owner. I would not hesitate to take help and repeat business with Kawal in the future too.
I highly recommend Kawal for his knowledge and experience of the area and for his professionalism as a Real Estate Agent. He has been extremely helpful throughout the process of sale. Both I and the new owners are pleased with the prompt, conclusive sale.
