Overall not good experience.

Overall experience not good. It started very well, Kawal was very responsive, friendly, professional and flexible. The house we got was not in the same condition as we first saw it. The grass in the backyard has wholes in it. We are very disappointed and very disrespected moving into a house that was not clean ready to move in, even after we had to consistently ask to get those things done. (Things that no one needs to ask) Also, 12 days after the settlement one important key still missing. Hasn’t been handed over as yet. Other issues with the gas cooking top and 3 council bins full of rubbish stinking just next to garage and could smell them once you get in the driveway. We also found rubbish around the house.
