I never knew selling a property could be so easy!! When we approached Kay Jeffs from Jacobs and Lowe about selling an investment property in Mt Eliza, we were immediately won over by her bubbly, enthusiastic personality and positive approach. Kay organised the necessary tradespeople to bring the house up to scratch for sale and supervised all the work ensuring everything was completed to a high standard, regularly updating us on the progress. Her attention to detail was amazing – even insisting that the handy man alter the position of a small plant at the front of the house. Kay was a wealth of ideas and her little personal touches made such a difference. Very soon our house was on the market and Kay worked hard, generating lots of interest and following up on all interest shown. In a few short weeks our property sold and we were absolutely delighted with the result – and the whole experience! The process was entirely stress free (for us)! We now have another property which will be on the market next month and there was never any doubt that we would again turn to Kay to market this property. Kay is absolutely delightful, inspiring confidence in both buyer and seller alike and her enthusiasm, efficiency and capacity for hard work is amazing. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
