We were very harry with the manner and way in which Kay conducted all negotiations and her willingness to make allowances for our transport problems. We were somewhat alarmed at the readiness to spend our surplus monies from the sale and purchase when we did not have anything and in reality ended up with less than we thought. But that is a minor problem. We are happy (well, fairly) in our new downsized dwelling and coming to grips with problems of size and no shed. Still that is the next step in the life we lead.
