A positive experience

I asked Kay to take on the sale of my house based on a flyer I received in the mailbox. It stood out from the other realestate brochures because it showed she had taken the time to research the market in my area and the extra detail included in the flyer highlighted that she was a confident and intelligent person, and enthusiastic about the realestate market. In person Kay was always well presented and one of the key factors was that she immediately saw the positives in the house. My house whilst in a good area and had some good aspects it also needed work to be completed so was not a straight forward sell but this did not deter Kay, she gave me the confidence that we could sell the house quickly and for a greater amount than what I initially expected. Kay understood my expectations and organised all aspects of getting the house on the market with efficiency. Kay is very open and communicates in a friendly down to earth manner and I immediately felt I could trust her to make the best decisions on my behalf. Kay made the experience of selling my house a positive one and I will be recommending her to friends and co-workers.
