Kay was very helpful and honest with my partner and I. We inspected at least 40 other properties and dealt with a lot of different real estate agents. During our time inspecting houses we realised that a lot of the real estate agents we dealt with weren't 100% honest with us and were constantly trying to get more money out of us. When we put in a offer with Kay we were expecting the process to drag out and the bartering to start. There was a no bartering from Kay she contacted the vendor and contacted us back within 10 minutes, the following day we received the contract for the property. During the Process Kay has contacted us to see if I needed help with anything and if I was happy with how everything has gone. Kay didn't beat around the bush, was very honest with the property and helpful with any questions we had. When I buy my next house I'll definitely be contacting Kay to see what's available.
