In todays market when most agents are out there posting there face all over the place and telling you how good they are, Kay just simply gets out and does the deal. After talking to other agents who required these big marketing budgets Kay came in and with the very basic marketing got about selling both of my houses within a month she rung after each and every open house and gave us a update.
