We cannot recommend Kay and her staff more highly. When we were first interested in purchasing a property in Burnett Heads, Kay was readily available to show us numerous properties around the town. This included a comprehensive tour of the town and the Port where Kay was very knowledgeable on the history and future plans for the area. We have since purchased a property, however during the negotiation stage there were a few hurdles that we had to overcome. Kay was able to assist with the negotiations and without her input I believe that settlement would not have proceeded. We don't live locally and there are quite a few renovations that need to be completed. Without the support of Kay, Michelle and the rest of her team we would not have been able to engage with the tradesmen in a timely manner. All the tradesmen that have been recommended, have also been excellent to work with and quite affordable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kay and her team if you were considering purchasing a property. We are also entrusting Kay and her team as our Rental Agent and don't envisage any problems given the service we have already received. We have visited the office since our purchase and have met all Kay's employees whom are all very friendly and more than accommodating.
