The move into the Real Estate industry was a natural progression for Kay as she and her family have bought, renovated and sold several properties over the past 25 years. “Tragic Renovators” is a term often used to describe Kay and her husband Darren as they sought out their next project whilst their friends and family wondering how long it would be before their latest acquisition would go on the market!
The many moves combined with more than 10 years’ experience in the window furnishings and home decoration industry has helped Kay develop a keen sense of homeowners’ needs, fears, hopes and dreams. She especially understands the process of buying and selling and the emotions that can sometimes come to the fore during this time. Kay is eager to help you whether it is your first home, your dream home or the home you want to retire into.
A love for the outer east has seen Kay and her family purchase several properties in suburbs including Mt Evelyn, Montrose, Kilsyth, Wandin and Yarra Glen. She currently lives in Chirnside Park (she swears this home is IT!) with her husband Darren and her two adult children Steven and Samantha and their dog Benny. When she is not buying, renovating or selling she and Darren enjoy watching and going to AFL matches.
