I heard about Upside Reality through a Mortgage Broker, and I was impressed with the idea of a company offering a set commission rate. From my first meeting with Kaye Cashmore, I was very impressed with her knowledge and ideas. She gave me advice on little things about how to ensure my property presented at its best. Kaye kept in contact almost daily - her positive, friendly approach was greatly appreciated. Most impressive was the advice Kaye gave me as the offers came in. The app was brilliant (although quite addictive once things start happening). I have bought and sold quite a few times, and I can honestly say that Kaye was the best realestate agent I have worked with. Upside Reality saved me around $10 000- money that will be well used on my new house. I can’t thank Kaye enough for helping me to find the perfect buyer for the small, community minded complex I am leaving, and for getting me a price I am happy with.
