Kaye was told about my husband and I by one of her colleges. She contacted us about the unit, she was available to come and let us in and showed us around. My husband and I were overwhelmed by her professional attitude towards us and answered our questions, if she did not know the answer, she told us and said she would find out - which she did. We rang her couple of days later - to make a date so we could measure up, she informed us of her schedule, we said OK. Then we rang a day later and said sorry cancel measure day we want to put an offer in. She said OK, told us that we might not get reply that day - we understood. She rang us later that day - and informed us that the owner accepted our offer. We went and saw her the next day on "Open Day" but NOT, so she would not be there for half hour and not able to show anyone for it was SOLD. She let us in so we could look at it again, and she understood my over joyed happiness for the position my husband and I are in. She helped us in a way - she might not even understand. If anyone wants to buy a property with Ray White Real Estate - I would highly recommend Kaye to help with everything. PS: I also want to give a big thank you to LIBBY - for if it wasn't for Libby - we would not have found Kaye. Well done to both of you.
