We first met Kaye while we were still checking where to buy a unit. At that time there were several units available at Belgrade Park but we weren't in a position to purchase immediately. Kaye put us on her email list and when Unit 709 became available, we put an offer on subject to the sale of our house. Kaye kept in contact with us and allowed us to visit the unit several times. Once with my builder son who needed to measure up and draw a plan for renovations. Then again when my brother came for a visit from interstate, she organised another agent to show us while she was away. Kaye kept us abreast of all facets of the sale, settlement and moving facets. All in all a pleasurable experience.

She was most helpful in explaining what had to be done. After the purchasers completed the deal including buying certain furniture, she arranged for the remaining furniture to be sold through a second hand dealer. This saved me a lot of stress. I did think there were a couple of areas where I thought Kaye lacked knowledge however may not have come across this before.
