DISAPPOINTING!
Kaye has done an extremely poor job in helping us to sell the house.. She was inattentive - for example, it took two (2) weeks for her to place the "SOLD" sign on the outside billboard or no proper "Inspection" signs during the house showing period. She'd also missed our appointments and wasn't focused when she was present... There was also confusion (?!) about the offers from the ultimate property buyer.. Buyer's deposit funds couldn't be verified due to her being busy on the other projects. In our opinion, she practically destroyed all the Fletcher brand goodwill during this transaction. I strongly DO NOT recommend for any prospective sellers to work with Kaye..

It is disappointing to read this review when all my previous reviews have been so positive.
I would like to respectfully reply to this review.
Nathan & I worked on this property together and one of us if not both were always in attendance at our meetings. I apologise if our vendors wanted both of us in attendance but sometimes it was not always possible.
We use an external board company to erect the open boards and sometimes they would change the position of the boards which did cause confusion but I personally attended to additional boards being erected.
We had 4 offers from 2 buyers for our owners. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding, I'm not sure why as they were the only two buyers that formalised offers in writing. All offers were presented.
Settlement was 30 days with deposit paid on time. The owners were seeking early release of deposit funds, with discussions with both solicitors we did all we could to expediate this process. We did ask the buyers if they could rush through the signed documents to prevent any delays, which they did and funds where released within 10 days of owners signing the forms. I think the expectation was upon request.
There was a slight delay in the sold sign being put on the boards after the sale went unconditional of which I offer my sincere apologises.
Everything we do is always with our owners best interest in mind, we can make recommendations and advise but ultimately all decisions are our owners, during this campaign our owners had to make some very difficult decisions and we completely feel their pain.
