We were looking for a house in Lismore for 1 year. We had made offers and paid deposits on two homes previously, only to have less than professional agents sell them from under us. Kaye met us at an open home some months earlier, remembered our requirements and as soon as something came up she called us. we had what we wanted 3 days later
