Selling a property can be challenging, but even more so when you live 1400km away. So having Kayla as the agent selling our property was a godsend. She really knows her stuff. She is well informed about the property market and is a clear and regular communicator, giving us exactly what we needed when we needed it. It was great knowing she had everything in hand. Kayla was also wonderful at working with our tenant and our property management team to ensure the process of selling was as least disruptive as possible. I live in Brisbane and was a bit worried about relying on an agent to do the right thing when I was so far away. With the property being an investment property the tenants had left it in poor condition. Kayla liaised with the property manager and arranged for handymen and trades people to get the house up to scratch. She organised quotes and forwarded them through to me for approval in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and she always kept in touch and returned my calls promptly. Being a young person I wasn’t sure how she would go but she was enthusiastic, well mannered and great to deal with so I thought I would gve it a go. So glad I did because I got more than expected and she even advised me that my lawyer had paid her $1,000 too much and transferred it back to my bank account.
