Even after our sale was unconditional, Pam and Kayla helped us to communicate with the vendors regarding possible purchase of furniture and other logistical issues - many agents wouldn't prioritise this given that the sale had already been made, but both Pam and Kayla seemed to prioritise our needs and ensure that as much stress was removed from what would otherwise be a stressful process.
