Good market knowledge

Kayla made herself available during the week, when I visited from out of town, to show me two properties and both hit the mark. Of course, as it seems normal in the property market, plans went astray, certainly not of Kayla's doing, however that's when her industry knowledge and professional shone through as she assured us it would work out OK and put in a lot of effort behind the scene to ensure that it did.
