After reading other fabulous reviews of Kayla & the team at YPA we had no hesitation popping into the Taylors Lakes (Watergardens) YPA to ask for an evaluation of our family home of 12 years. Kayla met with my husband & I within a matter of days & she immediately put our minds at ease. She was impressively prepared with local market knowledge, tips for house sale & a market evaluation of our home that we were very happy with. Very quickly our townhouse was photographed & advertised on all the major sites. We accepted an offer from a buyer less than a week later. Kayla & her wonderful assistant Jeremy (who I can’t thank enough for some last minute window cleaning assistance) were a delight to deal with through the whole process. It has been a very emotional experience selling our family home, however Kayla & the wonderful team at YPA have made the process seamless.
