Our plan for this year always was to sell. We were planning to do this after our European holiday in the spring. However, unforeseen circumstances forced us to bring that date forward and we made the decision to put our property on the market in winter. My partner who works in property made a call to YPA estate agent Andrew Migliorisi, who immediately arranged a meeting with us that same evening on 31st May 2016.
