Kaylene was actually the sellers agent in a transaction in which my wife and I were buying our new home. Kaylene was showing us an unrelated property while we were in the area and made urgent and special arrangements with her clients for us to view this newly listed property out of usual hours given that we had traveled to Batemans Bay from out of the area. We then negotiated with her for the purchase of the property, her responses to our offers and negotiations was prompt and efficient. In the leadup to settlement Kaylene assisted us with some unusual requests for obtaining early access to, and inspections of the property and with contacts in trades to assist us with small works after settlement. Kaylene was always available and responsive. While we were buyers in this instance, I would not hesitate to appoint Kaylene as my selling agent.
